With over 26 years of sales and recruiting experience, Nan has a strong understanding of the industry and the challenges of finding the right person for each position.  Her strong people skills, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the industry plays a significant role in Nan's success with both clients and candidates!  Her extensive and impressive track record of delivering measurable results is beneficial as well.  Nan has a fundamental belief that you treat people the way you want to be treated.  This belief carries from her personal life to her professional life. 

Not only is Nan dedicated to succeeding in her work, but she also has a passion for giving back to the community.  Nan has been a volunteer with Make A Wish for over 20 years! For the past several years, she has chaired the Make A Wish Gala - one of their largest fundraisers.  Because of her love for Make A Wish and children, she has been a lead wish granter for over 15 years. She is also active in other MAW events, including Jolly Holiday Lights. 

She continues to share her enthusiasm of volunteering by involving her team in community events like Habitat for Humanity, Meals from the Heartland, and many others. 

Nan received her degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Go Panthers!  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, her family and her friends. 

Emily Van Kley, CPA

As an experienced CPA with an outgoing personality, Emily is a natural fit as an Accounting and Finance recruiter for HQS!  Emily brings strong people skills, a great attitude and excitement to accounting recruiting.  She has 6 years in both public accounting and private accounting making her an asset to both our clients and candidates.  

Emily received her Accounting and Management Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and is licensed as a CPA.  Outside of recruiting she enjoys golfing, reading, spending time with her husband and dog and cheering on the Hawkeyes...and sometimes the Cyclones! 

Lindsey Van Wyk

Lindsey began her career at HireQuality Solutions as a full-time college student with the hopes of starting a career in Human Resources.  She jumped right into the role of Recruiting Coordinator where she provided support to our Office Administration division - recruiting, sourcing candidates, and coordinating candidate interviews.  In addition, she provided key event planning support for our annual Iowa Employment Conference. 

Upon graduation, Lindsey decided she wanted to continue building on her people skills and move into the role of a Recruiter - taking on both the recruiting and sales side.   Lindsey's primary focus is in Office Administration recruiting. 

Lindsey is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Psychology.  In her spare time, Lindsey loves to travel, spend time with her family, friends, boyfriend and their puppy.  Lindsey grew up a Hawkeye fan, but since attending Iowa State has taken a liking to the Cyclones. (Unless, of course, they are playing the Hawkeyes!) 

Karleen Lensing

Karleen is excited to work with the team at HQS as an Office Administration Recruiter.  She is a natural at recruiting when you combine her outstanding communication skills with her amazing people skills.  

Prior to HQS, Karleen earned her stripes in the corporate world by starting off at the bottom and proving she had what it takes to get promoted very quickly and fairly regularly.  She did this by building partnerships and relationships as well as communicating daily with inside and outside management teams, vendors and project managers.  

Karleen will assist the full cycle recruitment process for the Office Administration Division. 

She is dedicated to providing our clients and candidates with an excellent experience and solid customer service from start to finish.   

Karleen is a graduate from the University of Northern Iowa. She graduated with a major in General Communication and a minor in Public Relations. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and friends, traveling, exploring Des Moines, being outdoors and volunteering.

Every office has that one person who is THE contact for the office!  Sarah is that person!  She brings over ten years of administrative experience in the industry and in doing so, wears many hats in her support of recruiting, sales and office administration.  Her eagerness to make sure our candidates and clients have the best experience possible makes her an invaluable asset to HQS. 

Sarah received her degree from the University of Northern Iowa and enjoys running, reading, spending time with her husband, Brice, their two children & friends as well as cheering on the Panthers & Hawkeyes! 

Pam Boland-Oglesby

Pam joined HQS in September 2015 as an administrative assistant to our recruiting team.  She is a natural when it comes to lending a hand where needed.  She has a thorough understanding of our 3 different business units and has been an integral part behind the scenes of all of our divisions. 

Prior to joining HQS, Pam was the office manager at a large marketing firm where she wore many hats including accounting and all administrative duties.  

Pam is a graduate from University of Northern Iowa.  In her free time, she is running not stop with her 16 & 15 year old daughters as well as coaching them in USA & AAU volleyball.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
